Description
What the three lights actually do
Red light (620-630nm) is the one with the most evidence behind it — it’s linked to collagen stimulation and softer fine lines with consistent use. Blue light (460-470nm) is the wavelength dermatologists point to for calming breakout-prone skin. Orange sits between the two and is generally used for overall tone and radiance, though the research there is thinner. None of them work like a filter — this is a slow-build tool, not an overnight fix. Give it 8-12 weeks of regular use, 10-15 minutes at a time, before deciding whether it’s doing anything.
What’s actually in the box
The mask, a USB charging cable, and a manual. It’s rechargeable (3.7V) rather than tethered to a wall outlet, so it’s easy to wear on the couch or in bed. It packs down to about 19.5 x 17 x 12cm — a drawer, not a bathroom shelf commitment.
Worth knowing before you buy
This isn’t a medical device and it won’t replace sunscreen, prescription retinoids, or a dermatologist for anything serious. What it’s good for is a low-effort addition to a routine you’re already doing — most people use it while watching TV. FCC, CE and RoHS certified.
